Najaf, The leader of the Sadrist movement Moqtada al-Sadr made a number of proposals to address the water crisis between Iraq and Turkey.
Sadr, in a new tweet on his Twitter site, suggested that the foreign ministry or the relevant ministries call a meeting of the "basin states" as soon as possible to discuss the water crisis.
He also called on the Iraqi ministries to meet and discuss the crisis to develop effective solutions to them.
He suggested that the meeting of the ministries should lead to the emergence of a permanent committee to find out the reasons and to find effective solutions.
