Under the patronage of Caretaker Foreign Affairs and Emigrants Minister, Gebran Bassil, the National Day for Health Energy and the annual activities program of the Lebanese Health Energy (LHE) Association was launched at the Free Patriotic Movement's Tayyar Center in Sin El Fil.
The launching ceremony was attended by Caretaker Minister Bassil and scores of political, medical, academic and social dignitaries.
In his delivered word, Minister Bassil underlined the paramount importance of positive energy.
"Health is energy.. Man can not live without energy... and the principle of energy is health," Bassil corroborated.
Bassil hailed the Lebanese people's eminent capabilities and energy, notably the famed ingenuity and skills of the Lebanese doctors wherever they exist, whether in Lebanon or abroad.
Bsssil highlighted the significance of joining together the prominent Lebanese energies involved in the health sector and the Lebanese state's capabilities, in a bid to secure the most excellent health services in the country.
He also noted the paramount need for governmental and ministerial health policies that secure justice and equity for all the Lebanese citizens.
He decreed that the current health policy in Lebanon is governed by one factor notably "wasta."
