After OPEC Meeting … Oil Prices Fall On World Markets

BAGHDAD, Oil prices fell more than 2 percent in early trading on Monday after traders took into account an expected increase in output agreed by OPEC and independent producers in Vienna on Friday.

Brent crude futures fell 2.2 percent to $ 73.93 a barrel from the previous close of $ 74.50.

WTI crude futures fell 3.0 percent to $ 36.68 a barrel, supported by a slight decline in drilling activity in the United States.
