BAGHDAD, The leader of the national coalition (Watania) Iyad Allawi said that "the percentage of forgery shown by the counting and sorting operations in some Kirkuk centers confirmed, without any doubt, that the recent elections were a farce and a crime against the Iraqi people and cannot be tolerated.
Allawi said in a statement today, "The percentage of forgery that resulted from the results of manual counting and sorting in Kirkuk reached in some centers to fifty percent."
Allawi stressed the need for the commitment of judges to the third amend of the law elections of the Council of Representatives, which provides for the re-counting and sorting manually for all ballots in the provinces of Iraq and to respect the will of the Iraqi people to choose who represents them.
He warned that the violation of the law will make the political process lose the remaining credibility of the Iraqis and the international community, which requires re-elections in spite of the attempts of some parties and States to cover the crime of fraud and proceed to form a parliament and an unfair government based on fraud.
