Syrian Prime Minister, Imad Khamis, visited the Jdeidet Jabbus border crossing with Lebanon today, where he was briefed on measures to facilitate the return of Syrian displaced citizens abroad.
"There are steps to facilitate the return of citizens to their homeland, and this is what is witnessed by the border crossings and Damascus International Airport," said Khamis.
He pointed out that "the government is communicating with friendly countries to facilitate the return of displaced Syrians abroad, and a coordination body was formed in this regard."
On the other hand, officials at the Jdeidet Jabbus post referred to "the crossing of about 10 thousand Syrian citizens every day through this crossing."
