BAGHDAD, The Turkish Ambassador to Baghdad Fatih Yildiz denied on Wednesday reports in some media and social networking sites about the cancellation of the visa for the entry of Iraqi citizens to his country.
"I have received your questions about whether or not to change the application of the visa regime for Iraqis," Yildiz told NINA, adding that there are no changes in the visa regime. We will work hard to make it easier to get it, although there are no obstacles.
"At this stage, we will continue our efforts to develop more in our applications, which we began more than a year ago in facilitating visa application," Yildiz said.
Some media outlets reported that the Turkish President had ordered the visa to be canceled for Iraqi citizens wishing to enter it.
