Abu el-Hessen: Lebanon faces difficult economic, financial situation

MP Hadi Abou el-Hessen said in an interview with the "Voice of Lebanon" radio station that Lebanon was facing a difficult economic, financial and monetary situation that would no longer tolerate any delay in forming the government.

Regarding the meeting that took place between leader of the "Progressive Socialist Party", Walid Jumblatt, and Prime Minister-designate, Saad Hariri, the MP said this meeting was intended to consult and exchange points of view following recent moves to form the government.

However, Abou el-Hessen said he was pessimistic about the upcoming cabinet lineup, finally calling upon political components to break the deadlock imposed on the government.
