Lebanese Forces Party leader, Samir Geagea, met at his Meerab residence with Saudi Ambassador to Lebanon, Walid Bukhari, in the presence of former Information Minister Melhem Riachy.
The two-hour long meeting reportedly touched on the latest political developments on the local scene, especially in line with the launch of the new cabinet's activities, which will help encourage the return of Saudi tourists to Lebanon.
For his part, Bukhari anticipated an increase in the return of Saudi tourists to Lebanon within the coming few weeks.
This will constitute an important support for the Lebanese economy and national income, Bukhari said.
The meeting had also been an opportunity to hold a tour de horizon on the situation in the region. Discussions also broached bilateral agreements that will be signed between Lebanon and the KSA in the coming few days.
