Free Patriotic Movement (FPM) chief, Minister Gebran Bassil, on Tuesday said that the FPM has reservations over many things in the draft state budget 2019, expressing concerns over what might happen in the coming phase, whether during budget discussion in Parliament or during its implementation.
"We have achieved a lot in the state budget but what we did not achieve is even more," Minister Bassil said in the wake of the "Strong Lebanon" parliamentary bloc meeting on Tuesday.
"We averted collapse.. Yet, this is not sufficient to achieve an economic recovery," Bassil corroborated.
Bassil also noted "We have achieved deficit reduction by 7.5% which is good but less than what is required."
