Riyadh, Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA) has continued, as part of its international tour, its activities to consolidate the partnership with major international organizations in the arbitration industry and to publicize the qualitative successes achieved by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in facilitating doing business in general, and in the field of commercial arbitration in particular.
The Center's delegation concluded its continuous tour across several cities in the United States, during which they met with a wide spectrum of business sector, companies and major international law firms, to draw a full picture of the reality of the institutional arbitration industry in the Kingdom, and the readiness of SCCA to provide dispute resolution services to Business sector.
During its tour, the SCCA official delegation organized a round table in cooperation with the Saudi-American Business Council, during which it met with a wide range of leaders of the American business sectors and companies interested in investing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Middle East, as well as a selection of international arbitrators and representatives of a group of international law firms.
It also took part in the activities of the World Conference on Dispute Settlement in Malibu, organized by Prince Mohammed bin Fahd University in partnership with Pepperdine University, the first American University to offer academic programs on international commercial arbitration.
