OIC Secretary calls for strict cyber laws to curb terrorist acts

Sharm el-Sheikh, Egypt, Secretary General of Jeddah-based Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Dr. Yousef bin Ahmed Al-Othaimeen, emphasized that terrorism is the scourge of the era of which the world has inflicted great losses of lives and properties, and whose causes of spread cannot be traced back to one reason, but as a result of many, including educational, social and economic factors.

This came in a speech delivered at the session held on the Current Challenges to International Peace and Security, within the activities of the World Youths Forum currently held in Sharm el-Sheikh, Egypt, in the presence of Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi.

Dr. Al-Othaimeen called for strict cyber laws to curb terrorist acts.
