Saudi Press: Saudi Arabia is Keen to Maintain Global Oil Market Stability

Riyadh, Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of issues at local, regional and international arenas.

Al-Riyadh and Al-Yaum newspapers said in their editorials that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as the world's largest crude oil production is keen to provide continuous global cooperation to maintain stability in the global oil market. The newspapers added that Saudi Arabia focused on achieving this objective in the meeting of Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC). They added that Saudi Arabia was keen to achieve cooperation with Russia which is one of the world’s largest producers to maintain stability in the global oil market, but Russia did not collaborate.

Al-Bilad newspaper said in its editorial that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has always maintained its position in rejecting all forms of terrorism. The newspaper added that Saudi Arabia reconfirmed its position in the meeting of OIC Members States representatives, and it stated that terrorism must not be associated with a race, religion, or nationality.
