Al-Jaafari: Syria has faced terrorism in defense of the values of human civilization

NAM countries call on Israeli occupation to withdraw from Syrian Golan

New York, Foreign Ministers of the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) called on the Israeli entity to withdraw from the Occupied Syrian Golan until June 4th, 1967 line. Provinces, Prayer for rain (Salat Al-Istisqa) were performed after Saturday prayers in mosques all over Syria. The worshipers invoked Almighty God to send rains, remove the calamity and put out the fires. The imams of mosques in their sermons underlined the importance of addressing Almighty God with a sincere and hopeful heart to ask Him for forgiveness and mercy, and to send rains to put out the fires that erupted and spread in various Syrian provinces. OIC Condemns Houthi Terrorist Militia’s Launch of Bomb-Laden UAV Toward Saudi Southern Region

Jeddah, The Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) condemned today the launching of a bomb-laden UAV toward the Southern Region in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by, the Iran-backed Houthi terrorist militia, as the Joint Coalition Forces to Restore Legitimacy in Yemen intercepted and destroyed it. MEWA Launches Green Campaign to Plant 10 Million Trees, in 165 Sites

Riyadh, The Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture, in cooperation with the National Center for Vegetation Cover, the public and private sectors, has launched the "Let's Make It Green" campaign to plant 10 million trees by the end of April 2021. This initiative is meant to give momentum to tree planting in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and will run from October 10 until April 30, 2021. The initiative comes as part of the Ministry's utmost efforts to increase vegetation, reduce desertification, restore biodiversity, rehabilitate affected natural areas, promote pro-environmental behaviors, protect the environment and improve the quality of life. Health Ministry: 46,189 New Lab Tests Conducted, Call to Benefit from Services of Tetamman Clinics, Takkad Centers Recommended

Riyadh, The Ministry of Health announced in a statement here today that 405 new confirmed cases of the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) have been reported, in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, bringing the total number to 338,944 cases, including 9,189 active cases undergoing treatment. Of these, there are 842 critical cases, while the health condition of the rest is stable. It added that 22 new deaths have been reported; putting the tally of fatalities, at 5,018. Meanwhile, as many as 455 cases have recovered, raising recoveries' toll to 324,737. On the other hand, 46,189 new laboratory tests were conducted, in the last 24-hour, in the Kingdom. 24 KSrelief Trucks Cross Al-Wadiah Crossing Point to Several Yemeni Governorates

Al-Wadiah, As many as 24 relief trucks of King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) have crossed Al-Wadiah Crossing Point, during the period from 30 September to 10 October, 2020, carrying 327 tons and 420 kilograms of food baskets, 5 tons of shelter materials and 30 cartons of dates weighing 152 tons and 32 kilograms. This aid will be distributed in Marib, Lahij, Hodeida, Hadhramaut and Taiz Governorates, Yemen.
