The Ministry of Interior announced today, Friday, the arrest of 19 suspects during a security operation in Baghdad. The Ministry said in a statement: "The First Brigade affiliated with the Rapid Response Division Command in the Ministry of Interior was able to arrest 19 suspects according to various legal articles during the ongoing security operation in the Rusafa side of Baghdad." It explained that this operation came in cooperation with the Federal Police Forces Command, and in coordination with the Rapid Response Intelligence Department, where the suspects were handed over with the seized items to the competent authorities in accordance with the law." A joint security force from Maysan Police and Operations Command carried out a security duty in the marshes of the city of al-Amara to pursue those wanted by the judiciary. The price of a 20-liter can of 95-octane and 98-octane gasoline has decreased on Friday by LBP 5,000 in Lebanon, while the price of diesel increased by LBP 1,000, and the price of a gas cylinder remained stable. Geneva, The Saudi Minister of Health Fahd bin Abdurrahman Al-Jalajel has met with Founder and Executive Chairman of the World Economic Forum, Professor Klaus Schwab. This comes during the Minister's visit to Geneva to attend the meetings of 77th session of World Health Assembly (WHA77). Riyadh: The General Directorate of Civil Defense is exerting tremendous efforts through the 30 centers it set up at the land crossings and highways leading to Makkah and Madinah during this year's Hajj season to ensure the safety and security of pilgrims. The 30 centers work to implement the general plan to deal with emergency situations, support the main civil defense centers in those locations, and undertake preventive measures and field operations to provide the highest levels of security and safety in cooperation with the relevant authorities.
