Arab Parliament: Houthi Militia’s Continued Terrorist Attacks towards Saudi Arabia Undermines Security and Stability in the Region

Cairo, The Arab Parliament has condemned the continuation of terrorist attacks by the Houthi militia towards the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the latest of which was the launch of three drones towards the southern region, which the coalition forces supporting legitimacy in Yemen have intercepted successfully.

In a statement yesterday, the Arab Parliament called on the international community to act urgently and work immediately to stop supplying the terrorist Houthi militia with weapons it uses in its military operations against civilians and innocents, stressing that the continuation of the Houthi coup militia in its terrorist acts proves that it is not ready to participate in efforts to resolve the crisis in Yemen peacefully.

The Parliament held the Iranian regime full responsible for all terrorist acts carried out by the militia, and its insistence on spreading chaos, sabotage and destruction in the Arab region by supplying it with smart weapons, ballistic missiles, drones, experts and military advisors to serve its expansionist project and subversive agenda in the region.

The Arab Parliament reiterated its full solidarity with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia regarding the measures it is taking to confront these terrorist attacks, stressing that they undermine security and stability in the region and constitute a flagrant violation of international humanitarian law, as well as a clear violation of the Stockholm Agreement to ceasefire.
