ISTANBUL, The Syrian civil war has been a catalyst for Russian-Turkish rapprochement, much to the concern of Turkey's NATO partners. BAGHDAD, South Korean President Mon Jia En and North Korean leader Kim Jong-un on Friday pledged their commitment to denuclearization on the Korean Peninsula, the official Xinhua News Agency reported."
