MOSUL, The military forces of the 16th Division repulsed an attack by Daesh in al-Baaj district, 120 km northwest of Mosul, according to a military source.The source told the National Iraqi News Agency (NINA) that "the military forces repulsed an attack by Daesh militants and killed five of them during their infiltration towards the district of Baaj northwest of Mosul."The source added that "the military forces deployed immediately in the outskirts of the district of Al-Baaj to repel any infiltration of Daesh and arrest those involved with them from the people of the district.Source: National Iraqi News Agency
