On the sidelines of the official visit of HRH Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, to Egypt, the CEO of the Saudi Broadcasting Authority (SBA), and the President of the Saudi Press Agency Fahd bin Hassan Al Aqran visited the headquarters of the National Media Authority, at Maspero building, where they were received by the head of the authority Hussein Zein.
During the meeting, they discussed means of cooperation between the two countries in the media and news sectors, the exchange of expertise to develop content, joint program production and training, as well as updates and various developments in the media industry.
For his part, the CEO of the Saudi Broadcasting Authority congratulated the Egyptian side on the successful launch of “Nilesat 301” satellite, set to enhance Egypt’s capabilities in the media field.
