IPA, SHRM To Hold Conference on Future Talent Development Next Wednesday

Riyadh, The Institute of Public Administration (IPA), in cooperation with the Virginia-based Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), will organize on Wednesday a virtual conference on “developing future talent” with the participation of a number of consultants in leadership and talent management and more than 800 human resources experts and professionals.

On the sidelines of the two-day conference, which will begin at 8:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. Saudi Arabia time, four specialized workshops will be held tackling a number of topics related to the future of human resources and employee knowledge and skill accumulation.

IPA Director General Abdulrahman Alsheail, who is also head of the conference organizing team, explained that the event aims at enabling human resources professionals and experts with the latest practices and strategies, especially in light of the current global transformations, including the Kingdom’s experience in human resources development at the public and private levels.

Alsheail also said that building partnerships with the SHRM, a pioneering human resources society, is part of the institute’s strategic expertise and knowledge exchange plans.
