KSrelief Concludes Medical Campaign against Blindness in Nigeria

Abuja, King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) on Sunday concluded a voluntary medical campaign against blindness in Nigeria for 2021.

The medical team, during the campaign, examined 6,051 cases and performed 810 surgeries, in addition to issuing 3,875 prescriptions and distributing 1,566 eyeglasses, which benefited needy families and individuals who cannot afford treatment costs.

This campaign, offered by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, represented by KSrelief, aimed at treating ophthalmology patients and offering them necessary medical care in some underprivileged countries under an agreement the center had signed with Al-Basar International Foundation.
