The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) team in Port Sudan held a meeting with officials from the World Food Program (WFP) in Sudan.
During the meeting, discussions focused on the efforts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, facilitated by KSrelief, in assisting the Sudanese people. The participants also explored avenues to enhance cooperation and coordination between the two entities, particularly in addressing the challenges faced in delivering humanitarian aid to affected regions in Sudan.
The WFP officials expressed their appreciation for the strong and strategic relationship between the two sides, emphasizing its vital role in serving affected populations globally, with a specific focus on Sudan. They extended their gratitude to KSrelief for its support in enabling the implementation of WFP’s humanitarian programs.
