Riyadh, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development obtained the Validated by EFQM certificate from European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) as the first entity in Saudi Arabia to obtain this certificate.
The Ministry managed to obtain this certificate after achieving compliance with the standards of the EFQM excellence model through several fields, including developing the electronic friendly settlement system, increasing spending efficiency, and rationalizing consumption in the field of unified transport.
On this occasion, Assistant Minister Eng. Mohammed Bin Nasser Al-Jasser said that the Ministry is keen to keep pace with and apply international best practices and standards for institutional excellence; to achieve leadership excellence in its work and across its various sectors.
The Ministry intends to continue the development journey through quality projects and initiatives that increase its level of institutional excellence and customer and beneficiary service quality.
