More than 1,800 Pilgrims Receive Treatment Services at Mina Emergency Hospital

The Ministry of Health, represented by the emergency hospital in Mina, has provided its services to more than 1,800 male and female pilgrims from the beginning of its operation on the 7th day until the 10th day of Dhul-Hijjah, 1443 Hijri corresponding to July 9, 2022.

The Ministry said that the hospital provided its treatment and ambulatory services to 256 various cases in the emergency department, 1,100 outpatients to the hospital’s clinics and 27 inpatients.

The hospital also received 5 life-saving cases, 4 of which were transferred to King Abdullah City Hospital in Makkah and one case to Al Noor Hospital, as well as 4 cases in the intensive care department, all of them have been discharged healthy from the hospital.

The Ministry of Health further said that Mina Emergency Hospital provides all necessary services and medical interventions, and medicines to cases of pilgrims who suffer from general stress, chronic diseases such as (pressure, diabetes, heart, and asthma crises), and children who suffer from fatigue due to the heat, Sun or congestion, in addition to people with chronic diseases as a result of stress.
