MUSHARRAFIEH BOUND FOR SYRIA TO DISCUSS DISPLACED SYRIANS’ DOSSIER

The media office of Caretaker Minister of Social Affairs and Tourism, Ramzi Musharrafieh, said in a statement Saturday morning, that  “the Minister left Beirut this morning on top of an accompanying delegation heading to Syria, where they are expected to hold a series of meetings over two consecutive days.”

Musharrafieh is scheduled to meet with Syrian Ministers of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Faisal Al-Miqdad, the Interior, Muhammad Khaled Al-Rahmoun, the Local Administration, Environment, Hussein Makhlouf, Social Affairs and Labor, Salwa Abdullah, and Tourism, Muhammad Rami Martini.

Discussions will focus on the file of the displaced Syrians and the return plan prepared by the Ministry of Social Affairs and approved by the Lebanese government last July.
