Riyadh– President of Center for Research and Intercommunication Knowledge Yahya Mahmoud bin Junaid, at the headquarters of the center in Riyadh, has received Pakistani Ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Ameer Khurram Rathore.
Both sides discussed several scientific and cultural issues and possible opportunities to enhance existing cultural cooperation between the center and Pakistani scientific institutions and universities, as well as increasing cooperation opportunities through direct cooperation agreements and memorandums of understanding, in addition to discussing means of sharing knowledge through mutual translation between the two cultures and choosing suitable books to be translated and providing them for the two people to get acquainted with each side’s culture.
They also highlighted the importance of activating cooperation with Pakistani scientific institutions to sign joint agreements that contribute to boosting cultural aspects that can support Saudi-Pakistani relations.
The ambassador and a group of researchers at the center held a discussion panel over courses of historical cooperation connecting the two countries in various fields.
