Riyadh, The Executive Vice President of the Shared Services Group at the Real Estate Development Fund, Saud Al-Ajmi, received the Arab Government Excellence Award, for the real estate advisor app. of the Fund, won the award for the best Arab government application, and the Director General of the Arab Administrative Development Organization, Dr. organization in Cairo.
The “Real Estate Advisor” application and service provided by the Real Estate Development Fund won the Arab Government Excellence Award as the best Arab government application for smartphones, during the ceremony organized by the League of Arab States, represented by the Arab Administrative Development Organization in cooperation with the United Arab Emirates, “virtually”, at the end of November 2020 in Dubai.
“The Real Estate Advisor” application is the first government interactive electronic link platform between the relevant authorities in the housing system and more than 19 financing agencies to serve “Sakani” beneficiaries from the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing and the Real Estate Fund, with the aim of enriching the beneficiary’s experience and simplifying and facilitating the journey and procedures for Saudi families to obtain housing electronically. Since its launch at the end of 2018, it has provided its services to more than 1.3 million beneficiaries.
