Baghdad The Russian Ministry of Defense announced today, Wednesday, that progress has been made in areas of Donetsk Province, in the Donbass region, eastern Ukraine.
The Ministry Spokesperson, Igor Konashenkov, said, according to Russian media, that the towns and villages of Belogorovka and Berchi Travnya in Donetsk have been completely liberated, up to 50 Ukrainian soldiers have been killed, and 4 combat armored vehicles have been destroyed.
Konashenkov added: The field and tactical aviation, army, missile and artillery forces of the Russian Armed Forces continue the special military operation in Ukraine.
He pointed out that within the framework of these operations, 79 artillery units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were bombed at firing positions, areas of concentration of personnel and military equipment in 157 districts.
