Saudi Arabia, Italy, Indonesia, Columbia Organize UN Event, under the motto ” Leadership in Anti-Corruption, G20, its Objectives, Achievements”

New York, The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s Permanent Mission to the UN, in collaboration with Italian, Indonesian, Columbian counterparts, in addition to the UN Office on Drugs and Crime, have organized an event under the motto ” Leadership in Anti-Corruption, G20, its Objectives and Achievements”.

The event has taken place here on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly’s 2-day extraordinary session on anti-corruption.

The event addressed the importance of launching the Riyadh Initiative, which frames an agenda emanating from the 20 countries for the whole world to combat corruption and implement integrity and transparency by establishing a global network for exchanging information between anti-corruption agencies around the world.

The event was attended by Vice President of Saudi Oversight and Anti-Corruption Authority, Dr. Nasser Aba Al-Khail, and the Head of the Legal Committee at the Kingdom’s Permanent Mission to the United Nations, Adviser Nidaa Abu Ali.
