Sudanese Vice President and Saudi Ambassador to Sudan bid farewell to first batch of Sudanese pilgrims

Khartoum, The First Vice-President of the Republic of Sudan Major General Bakri Hasan Saleh, and the Saudi Ambassador to Sudan Ali bin Hasan Jaafar participated today in a ceremony organized by the Sudanese Ministry of Guidance and Endowments at Khartoum International airport, in the presence of the Minister of Guidance and Endowments Abu Bakr Othman, and a number of officials, to bid farewell to the first batch of Sudanese pilgrims.

Addressing the gathering, the First Vice President expressed thanks to and appreciation of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, the Crown Prince, Vice President of the Council of Ministers and Minister of Defense, for the efforts exerted by the Kingdom to serve the two holy mosques and worshippers.

Saleh urged the Sudanese pilgrims to abide by regulations and instructions governing the affairs of Hajj and be the best ambassadors of their country, wishing them accepted Hajj.

The Saudi ambassador to Sudan said that the Kingdom is prepared annually to receive nearly three million pilgrims from various countries of the world, and provide them with unprecedented service to make their rituals a success.
