Health Ministry Reports 796 New Confirmed COVID-19 Cases, 557 Recoveries in Saudi Arabia

Riyadh, The Ministry of Health announced today, in a statement, that 796 new confirmed cases of the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) have been reported in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, bringing the total number to 534,312, including 10,428 active cases.

Of these, there are 1,393 critical cases, while the health condition of the rest is stable, the statement said.

It added that 11 new deaths have been reported, putting the tally of fatalities at 8,345.

Meanwhile, as many as 557 cases have recovered, raising recoveries toll to 515,539.

KSrelief Delivers Medical Aid to Vietnam to Combat COVID-19

Hanoi, King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) delivered yesterday medical and preventive aid to the Republic of Vietnam to combat the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19).

On behalf of the KSrelief, ChargĂ© d’Affaires of the Saudi Embassy in the Republic of Vietnam Wibar Abdullah Al-Basir delivered here the aid to the Vietnamese Deputy Minister of Health.

The Vietnamese Deputy Minister of Health expressed the thanks and gratitude of the government of Vietnam to the government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for its help in facing this epidemic.

This comes within the framework of the aid being provided by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, represented by the KSrelief, to the brotherly and friendly countries to confront the Coronavirus epidemic.
