Al-Diwaniyah, Detachments from the Anti-Car Theft Crime Division in the Diwaniyah Governorate Police arrested a gang of motorcycle thefts.
A source in the province’s police media said, “The gang consisted of two people from the military neighborhood in the city of Diwaniyah, who confessed to carrying out 10 thefts of motorcycles in different areas of Diwaniyah.”

Baghdad, The Embassy of the Republic of Iraq in Ankara warned the Iraqi community residing in the city of Hatay, southern Turkey, and nearby cities.
It asked them, according to a statement by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, to stay away from damaged buildings and coasts as a precautionary measure against the risk of sea level rise following the two earthquakes that struck Hatay this evening.

Baghdad, A federal police force arrested a wanted person in terrorism cases, east of Baghdad.
It stated in a statement: According to accurate intelligence information, a force from the First Brigade, First Division, Federal Police, with the support of the intelligence detachments, was able to arrest a wanted person, in accordance with the provisions of Article 4 terrorism, in (Al-Nahrawan) area, east of Baghdad.
It added: The accused was referred to the competent authorities to complete the necessary legal and investigative procedures against him.
