Information on the total number of voting rights and shares

Mont-Saint-Guibert (Belgium), March 29, 2024, 9:30 pm CET / 4:30 pm ET – In accordance with article  15 of the Law of 2 May 2007 on the disclosure of large shareholdings, Nyxoah SA (Euronext Brussels and Nasdaq: NYXH) publishes the below information following the issue of new shares.

  • Share capital: EUR 4,927,355.12
  • Total number of securities carrying voting rights: 28,682,635 (all ordinary shares)
  • Total number of voting rights (= denominator): 28,682,635 (all relating to ordinary shares)
  • Number of rights to subscribe to securities carrying voting rights not yet issued:
  • 100 “2018 ESOP Warrants” issued on December 12, 2018, entitling their holders to subscribe to a total number of 50,000 securities carrying voting rights (all ordinary shares);
  • 400,500 “2020 ESOP Warrants” issued on February 21, 2020, entitling their holders to subscribe to a total number of 400,500 securities carrying voting rights (all ordinary shares); and
  • 1,085,500 “2021 ESOP Warrants” issued on September 8, 2021, entitling their holders to subscribe to a total number of 1,085,500 securities carrying voting rights (all ordinary shares); and
  • 700,000 “2022 ESOP Warrants” issued on December 28, 2022, entitling their holders to subscribe to a total number of 700,000 securities carrying voting rights (all ordinary shares).

Syrian students in Cuba support their Homeland


Havana, Syrian students in Cuba stressed support to their Homeland, Syria as people, Army and leadership.

‘The aggression and terrorist war against Syria require from all students to intensify their efforts and achieve education superiority in order to show a brilliant image of their country,’ the students said in a statement on the 74th anniversary of the Arab Student Day.

They affirmed determination to follow their education with full persistence and return home carrying the experience and knowledge, assume their role to build their country and reconstruct what has been destroyed by terrorism.

Syrian students in India assert determination to participate in development of homeland


New Delhi, National Union of Syrian students in India, in cooperation with the Syrian embassy in New Delhi, held a central ceremony on the 74th anniversary of Syrian Arab Student Day.

Samer Salameh, head of Indian branch of the National Union of Syrian Students, affirmed the determination of Syrian students in India to pursue their educational achievements diligently and persevering in order to return to their homeland, Syria, equipped with experience and knowledge and take their role in building and developing their country.

In turn, Syrian ambassador to India, Bassam al-Khatib, in a speech during the ceremony, drew attention to the great attention paid by President Bashar al-Assad to the issues of students and their affairs.

Syrian students who are at various universities in India renewed their pledge of loyalty to their Syrian Homeland, its leadership and its army, stressing their determination to work hard to achieve the desired goals, foremost of which is to return to the homeland and actively partici
pate in the process of its construction and development.

Syria wins silver medal in Beirut Int’l Table Tennis Championship


Beirut, Syrian table tennis player Leen Muhammad Ogli, won a silver medal at Beirut International Championship for the categories under 11, 13 and 15 years old.

Oghli’s silver came after winning the preliminary round in several matches to qualify for the semifinals.

Lebanon, Egypt, Uzbekistan, Iraq, India, Malta, Kazakhstan and Jordan participated in the tournament along with Syria.

ISLAMIC RESISTANCE: RAMIM BARRACKS TARGETED WITH BURKAN MISSILE


The Islamic Resistance issued a communique this morning, indicating that in support of the steadfast Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip and their honorable resistance, its fighters targeted the Israeli enemy’s Ramim barracks with Burkan missiles, achieving direct hits.

ENEMY BREACHES SOUTHERN AIRSPACE


The National News Agency correspondent in Nabatieh reported that an Israeli reconnaissance plane flew over the airspace of Nabatieh and Iqlim al-Tuffah and conducted a u-turn maneuver over the two regions at a very low altitude.

ENEMY DRONE ATTACKS UNIFIL MILITARY VEHICLE IN RMEISH


The National News Agency correspondent in Tyre reported that enemy drones attacked a UNIFIL military vehicle near the town of Rmeish in the central sector, wounding a number of UNIFIL soldiers and a Lebanese citizen.

Subsequently, a UNIFIL helicopter arrived at the site of the attack and transported the wounded.

In details, our correspondent reported that a four-wheel-drive vehicle belonging to UNTSO truce observers near Point B37 on the Blue Line, on the border with occupied Palestine, was subjected to an Israeli attack at approximately 10:15 a.m. this morning, as it was targeted by a direct missile, which resulted in the injury of three officers and a civilian translator, one of them was critically injured.

Rescue operation is currently underway to transport the injured by UNIFIL helicopter.

TWO ISRAELI RAIDS REPORTED ON NAQOURA AREA


National News Agency’s correspondent in Tyre reported that enemy warplanes launched two successive raids on the town of Naqoura, targeting residential homes.

Ambulances rushed to the site of the attack.

RESISTANCE TARGETS SEVERAL ISRAELI ENEMY SITES


The Islamic Resistance fighters targeted, at 12:45 pm on Saturday, March 30, 2024, the movement of enemy troops inside Al-Raheb site and its surroundings with rocket weapons and artillery shells, causing confirmed injuries.

The Resistance fighters also targeted, at 12:20 pm on Saturday, March 30, 2024, Khirbet Ma’ar base with rocket weapons.

They also targeted at 08:00 am on Saturday, March 30, 2024, Ramim barracks with a Burkan missile, inflicting direct hits.

The Resistance added that they targeted on Saturday, March 30, 2024, the movement of enemy soldiers and their military vehicles inside Al-Malkiya site and its surroundings with rocket weapons, inflicting confirmed injuries.

RESISTANCE TARGETS YA’ARA, RUWAISAT AL-ALAM


The Islamic Resistance fighters launched an aerial operation with assault drones at 3:30 pm on Saturday, March 30, 2024, targeting the command headquarters of the Western Brigade in Ya’ara, hitting their targets accurately.

In another statement the Resistance also targeted at 4:30 pm on Saturday, March 30, 2024, Ruwaisat Al-Alam site in the occupied Lebanese hills of Kfar Shuba with a Burkan missile, causing direct hits.
