88 US occupation trucks laden with stolen oil, wheat leave Syria heading for Iraq

Hasaka, The US occupation troops have continued to steal the Syrian wealth and agricultural crops from the lands which they occupied in the Syrian al-Jazeera region as a convoy of the occupation’s vehicles laden with oil and stolen grains leaved Hasaka countryside heading for northern Iraq via al-Walid illegitimate crossing.

Local sources, from al- Yarubiya countryside told SANA that a convoy of 45 vehicles, including covered trucks and oil tankers, in addition to a number of refrigeration tanker trucks and tankers accompanied by four-wheel drive vehicles, left the Syrian territories heading for the Iraqi territories on Monday morning.

Meanwhile, sources from al-Swaidiyeh village mentioned that 43 other trucks, laden with wheat from Tal Alou silos at night passed through al-Walid illegitimate crossing heading for the Iraqi territories.

On April 25th, a convoy of 35 US occupation trucks laden with stolen grains leaved Hasaka countryside heading for northern Iraq across al-Walid illegitimate crossing.

Citizens of Qamishli stress Participation in presidential elections a legislative victory to add to victories of the Syrian Arab Army

Hasaka, Citizens of Qamishli and its countryside affirmed their determination to participate in the presidential elections scheduled on May 26th , saying the process reflects the ability of the Syrian people, who have been exposed to all forms of terrorism, to practice their democratic and constitutional life.

Qamishli citizens said that the election entitlement will be a legislative victory to add to the victories of the Syrian Arab Army.

“I will participate in the elections to choose the most suitable candidate who would complete the process of steadfastness, confront terrorism, and contribute, along with all Syrian people, to rebuilding and the country ,” Hassan Ka’aed, from al-Yarubiyah, said.

Halibi Mohamad al-Mohamad, a citizen from Tal Hamis, indicated that electing the appropriate person to lead Syria is the choice of Syrian people alone and every one must play an active role for the success of this entitlement.

For his part, Lawyer Ahmed Al-Bahri, from the city of Qamishli, said that his participation “comes as crowning of the victories of the Syrian Arab Army and in appreciation of their sacrifices,” calling on all the citizens of the homeland to actively participate in that entitlement.

Health Ministry: 986 New Confirmed COVID-19 Cases, 1,076 Recoveries Reported in Saudi Arabia

Riyadh, The Ministry of Health announced today in a statement that 986 new confirmed cases of the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) have been reported in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, bringing the total number to 427,370, including 9,469 active cases.

Of these, there are 1,341 critical cases, while the health condition of the rest is stable, the statement said.

It added that 13 new deaths have been reported, putting the tally of fatalities at 7,085.

Meanwhile, as many as 1,076 cases have recovered, raising recoveries’ toll to 410,816.

On the other hand, 70,822 new laboratory tests were conducted, in the last 24-hour, across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
