Voluntary Medical Team Conducts 394 Open-Heart, Catheterization Surgeries in Al-Mukalla, Yemen, in November

Hadramout, Yemen, A medical team affiliated to the Riyadh-based King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre’s (KSrelief), as part of the the Seventh Nabdh AlSaudia Volunteer Program for Cardiac Cath and Surgery-pediatric in Hadramout, in cooperation with the Nabd Al-Hayah Center for Heart Diseases and Surgery, conducted 394 open-heart, catheterization surgeries in Al-Mukalla, Yemen, in November.

Of the total, 31 open-heart surgeries were conducted, 171 surgeries for treatment catheterization and 192 diagnostic catheterizations, which benefited households with limited income who cannot afford the costs of these surgeries in Yemeni hospitals.

This is part of the support offered by KSrelief, Saudi Arabia’s relief arm, to help the medical sector in Yemen.

Bahrain Strongly Condemns Houthi Militia’s Launch of a Ballistic Missile towards Khamis Mushait, Saudi Arabia

Manama, The Kingdom of Bahrain has strongly condemned the terrorist Houthi militia’s launch of a ballistic missile towards civilian objects in Khamis Mushait, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, considering the missile attack as a flagrant violation of international humanitarian law.

Bahrain’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs underlined the efficiency and vigilance of the Saudi air defenses in intercepting and destroying the ballistic missile.

The Kingdom of Bahrain affirmed solidarity with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, supporting all measures that Saudi Arabia takes to ensure the safety of its territories and residents and protect its security and stability.

Saudi Arabia Chairs GCC Supreme Council 42nd Session Today

Riyadh, The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia chairs today the 42nd Session of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) for Arab State’s Supreme Council in the presence of GCC leaders at the headquarters of the GCC Secretariat General in Riyadh.

The 42nd session will discuss the implementation of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud’s vision that was endorsed by the Supreme Council in 2015 and the decisions made towards realizing joint Gulf integration and cooperation, in addition to enhancing Gulf cooperation in all fields, realizing the aspirations of citizens of GCC and whatever that can achieve the welfare and prosperity for GCC countries and citizens under the wise directives and visions of GCC leaders.
