Jeddah– The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has sent a cable of congratulation to President Dr. Rashad Mohammed Al-Aleimi on the occasion of taking the oath of office as president of the Presidential Leadership Council in the Republic of Yemen.

The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques expressed his best wishes of success to the president and members of the council in endeavors seeking to realize security and stability for the brotherly people and country.

Madinah– The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance, represented by King Fahd Complex for the Printing of the Holy Quran in Madinah, continues to distribute 300,000 copies of the Holy Quran, in cooperation with the National Platform for Charitable Work (Ehsan), at the Prophet’s Holy Mosque, Prince Mohammed bin Abdulaziz International Airport in Madinah and Quba Mosque.

The project of distributing the Holy Quran, launched by the Ehsan platform, comes within the framework of enabling philanthropists to donate according to an integrated system that ensures the access of donations through the national platform in safe and easy ways.

Makkah– Nosok (Rituals Foundation) for Hajj and Umrah, chaired by Minister of Hajj and Umrah Dr. Tawfiq Al-Rabiah, commenced its works that are concerned with providing services for worshippers and guests of the Grand Holy Mosque.

The Makkah-based foundation, under direct technical supervision of the Ministry of Hajj and Umarh, seeks to enhance the quality of service in projects and initiatives through providing its partners of businessmen and the private sector an opportunity to contribute to developing the services provided for pilgrims and Umrah performers according to the Saudi Vision 2030.

The foundation focuses on several main aspects: raising the awareness of pilgrims and Umrah performers internally and externally, rehabilitating workers in the field of Hajj and Umrah, guidance, voluntarism, welcoming programs for pilgrims and Umrah performs, and improving the digital experience for them, where the grants and donations represent one of the support methods for the work of the foundation.

Also, the foundation seeks to enhance the impacts of programs offered for pilgrims and Umrah performers, enrich the experience of pilgrims and Umrah performers, analyze their impact through supporting research and studies.

RiyadhKing Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) Project (Masam) for clearing mines in Yemen, dismantled, during the third week of April 2022, a total of 1,550 mines planted by the Houthi militia across Yemen, including 1,050 anti-tank mines and 500 unexploded ordnance.

Since the beginning of the project, as many as 334,060 mines planted by the Houthi militias, have been dismantled.

Mogadishu– King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) yesterday distributed 6,364 food baskets weighing 427 tons in Banadir region, Mogadishu, Somalia, targeting the districts of Karan, Kahada, Daynili and Gersabali , benefiting 36,000 people.

This comes within the food security support project implemented by the center in Somalia, aiming to distribute more than 2,800 tons, benefiting about 255,000 people from the needy, displaced and drought-affected groups in the country.

Hajjah/Saada– King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) distributed on Friday 286 tons and 867 kilograms of food baskets in a number of directorates of Hajjah and Saada governorates of Yemen, benefiting 23,241 individuals, within the food security project.

This comes within the framework of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s keenness, represented by the KSrelief, to contribute to achieving food security for the Yemeni people and to meet the basic food needs of the most needy groups and the displaced people in the Yemeni governorates.

Aden– King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief ) yesterday distributed 10 tons and 807 kilograms of Ramadan food baskets to needy families in the Buraiqah district in Aden governorate, benefiting 606 individuals, as part of the Ramadan feeding initiative for the year 1443 AH.

It is noteworthy that the project aims to distribute 8,530 food baskets to the neediest groups in seven Yemeni governorates, benefiting 76,770 individuals of 12,795 families.

Riyadh– Donations received by the National Campaign for Charitable Work (Ehsan) have exceeded 1,941,158,012 Saudi Riyal, after more than 26 million donation transactions, benefiting 4,666,686 people.

Ehsan platform goes on receiving donations from individuals, companies, banks, donors and wealthy people via the platform’s website and application /https://ehsan.sa and the benefactors call center 8001247000 as well as via SMS.
