The “Civil Values Alliance” was announced this evening in Baghdad, which will participate in the upcoming provincial council elections at the end of this year.
The new Alliance, which bears the number (203) on the electoral list, includes a group of parliamentary and academic figures, politicians from the Iraqi Communist Party, and tribal sheikhs and notables from various governorates.
