A new rise in oil prices for the fourth consecutive day

Najaf Oil prices witnessed, today, Thursday, an increase for the fourth day in a row, with the increasing scarcity of stocks of crude, heating oil and aviation fuel in the United States.

Brent crude futures rose 44 cents, or 0.54 percent, to $82.64, extending gains of about 2.7 percent from the previous session. US West Texas Intermediate crude futures rose 49 cents, or 0.63 percent, to $78.78.

The two crude futures jumped yesterday, Wednesday, after government data showed that US crude stocks declined at a much greater rate than analysts expected, as they fell by 5.89 million barrels in the week ending on the sixteenth of this month.
