Baghdad -A security delegation arrived in Diyala this morning, headed by the Chief of Staff of the Army, Lieutenant General Abdul Amir Yarallah, and the Deputy Commander of Joint Operations, Lieutenant General Qais Al-Muhammadawi, to find out the causes of the Diyala incident.
