Baquba A security source announced the issuance of higher security orders to end the file of those wanted on the blacklist in Diyala.
The source told the correspondent of the National Iraqi News Agency (NINA) that direct security orders were issued from Baghdad to the security leaders in Diyala to end the file of the blacklist of wanted persons accused of kidnapping, murder and extortion.
He added, a security team was formed to track the wanted persons and monitor their movements in order to arrest them and bring them to court.
