Baghdad, The Prime Minister, Muhammad Al-Sudani, stressed the need to raise the production capacity of natural gas and speed up reaching the stage of stopping its burning and investment.
The media office of the Prime Minister stated: “Al-Sudani chaired this morning, Monday, a meeting that included the Minister of Oil and a number of officials in the ministry, devoted to following up the progress of work in implementing strategic oil projects. “
Al-Sudani stressed, during the meeting, the importance of proceeding with projects related to providing water to inject productive oil wells and raising their production capacity.
The meeting reviewed the progress of work on associated gas investment projects. Al-Sudani stressed the need to speed up reaching the stage of stopping burning and investing this wealth, as well as developing mechanisms to raise the production capacity of natural gas.
