The White House said: President Joe Biden affirmed, in his call with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Washington’s firm commitment to Israel’s security.
He added that Biden stressed to Netanyahu the need to make progress in delivering and increasing aid in coordination with humanitarian organizations.
He said that Biden and Netanyahu discussed the Rafah operation, and the president reaffirmed his clear position on the operation.
He said that Biden and Netanyahu reviewed negotiations to release the hostages, along with an immediate ceasefire in Gaza
