Council of Arab Transport Ministers Elects Egypt as Head of its Executive Office, Saudi Arabia as Deputy Head

Cairo, The Council of Arab Transport Ministers has elected the head, deputy head and members of its Executive Office for the next two years (2022-2023). The head of the office will be Egypt, while the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will be the deputy head.

Tunisia, Algeria, Sudan, Iraq, Jordan, and Yemen will be the members of the office.

This came in the decision issued by the 34th session of the Council of Arab Transport Ministers, that was held today at headquarters of the General Secretariat of the Arab League in Cairo, under Jordan’s presidency.

The 68th session of the Executive Office of the Council of Arab Ministers of Transport will be held on April 26 – 27, 2022, with the members’ new formation at the headquarters of the General Secretariat of the Arab League in Cairo.
