Riyadh– The fourth meeting of the Joint Saudi-Albanian Committee concluded today after three days of discussions between March 21 and 23, 2022, under the presidency of Minister of Environment, Water and Agriculture Eng. Abdulrahman bin Abdulmohsen Al-Fadhley and Albanian Minister of Finance and Economy Delina Ibrahimaj.
The two sides referred the realized achievements since the third meeting that was held in Tirana, Albania on September 6, 2019, where the current session reached several recommendation in the fields of food security, quality of food and agriculture, and discussed several security, diplomatic, economic, scientific and cultural fields that seek to enhance the joint action map in a way that realizes both countries’ goals.
At the conclusion of the session, both sides agreed to follow up on the agenda of the following session, highlighting the importance of focusing on the results of the current session to guarantee that they direct their efforts towards joins goals, where both sides also agreed to implement the recommendations through diplomatic channels.
The joint committee seeks to enhance commercial relations between the two countries based on the general agreement for economic and technical cooperation in a way that serves friendship ties and joint interests between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Albania and the importance of enhancing commercial and investment partnerships.
