Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has sent a cable of greetings to President Luis Abinader of the Dominican Republic on his country’s Independence Anniversary.
In the cable, His Majesty the Sultan expressed his sincere sentiments and best wishes to President Abinader and the Dominican people.
