HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister attends iftar banquet hosted by the Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Saudi Arabia


Makkah, His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today attended an iftar banquet hosted by the Crown Prince and Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, at Al-Safa Palace in Mecca.

The iftar banquet was held in honour of HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister’s visit to Saudi Arabia.

His Royal Highness emphasised that meetings between Bahrain and Saudi Arabia are a continuation of the approach taken by previous generations and reflect the deep-rooted historical relationship between the two Kingdoms and their peoples.

HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister underscored the importance of further bolstering bilateral ties to achieve the visions and aspirations of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.

His Royal Highness expressed his gratitude to HRH Prince Mohammed bin Salman for the warm welcome and th
e hospitality extended to him and his delegation.

HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister wished Saudi Arabia continued security, progress, and prosperity under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and the support of HRH Prince Mohammed bin Salman.

The Prime Minister of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, His Excellency Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif, and a number of senior officials, also attended the iftar banquet.
