The Iraqi Ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Safia Al-Suhail, visited this morning the Iraqi Journalists Syndicate.
A statement by the Iraqi Journalists Syndicate stated that Al-Suhail met with the President of the Iraqi Journalists Syndicate, Moayad Al-Lami, and the members of the Syndicate Council, and praised the active and influential role of the Iraqi Journalists Syndicate locally and regionally, given that the Syndicate of Journalists currently heads the Arab Journalists Federation, which makes the Iraqi Journalists Syndicate plays a pivotal role in Arab media work.
For his part, the President of the Iraqi Journalists Syndicate gave an explanation about the nature of the work of the Syndicate, its media institutions, and the Syndicate’s branches in the governorates that are working hard to raise the status of the press and media in Iraq.
