KFSHandRC Organizes’ More than a Medicine’ Event for Patient Experience Week

Riyadh: The King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre (KFSHandRC) marked Patient Experience Week by organizing an event called “I am More Than a Medicine” to appreciate the efforts of healthcare professionals and raise awareness among patients and their families about the support services provided by the hospital’s Patient Experience Division, according to a press release from KFSHandRC.

KFSHandRC’s commitment to providing comprehensive care that addresses the physical, psychological, and social needs of patients and their families was highlighted through this event.

The event highlighted the important role of the Patient Experience Division in supporting patients during their treatment journey. Beyond providing medical care, the division offers a range of services to help patients and their families in overcoming challenges associated with their medical conditions.

During the event, the attendees, including hospital staff, patients, and visitors, were introduced to the diverse services provided
by the Patient Experience Division.

The event reflects KFSHandRC’s commitment to comprehensive medical, social, and psychological care. They aim to provide “an exceptional holistic experience for patients and their families,” said the release. The event also recognizes and honours the dedicated individuals and teams making a positive impact on patients’ lives.
