Kingdom’s Presidency of ARADO Executive Council Renewed for the Period 2022-2024

Cairo– The General Assembly of the Arab Administrative Development Organization (ARADO), in its 57th session, renewed the presidency of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the organization’s Executive Council for the period 2022-2024.

This came during its meeting held on May 19, 2022, at the organization’s headquarters in Cairo, where also the memberships of the UAE, Sudan, Oman, Kuwait, Egypt, and Morocco were renewed.

The ARADO, which was founded in 1961 as a specialized body affiliated with the Arab League, is aimed at achieving administrative development in the Arab countries, to serve the comprehensive development strategy. The organization directs its efforts and provides its services and programs to the Arab member states of the organization. The renewal process of the presidency and memberships of the Executive Council is carried out with unanimous approval of the member states of the organization during its General Assembly meeting.
