Cairo– The “Attaa Digital Hackathon” was launched today in the Arab Republic of Egypt for 3 days, which is being organized by the Saudi Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT), represented by its “Attaa Digital” initiative, the Islamic World Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ICESCO) and its partners, the Egyptian Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, the Egyptian IT Industry Development Agency and RiseUp Company.
The launch comes as a result of the agreement signed between MCIT and ICESCO on 8 December, 2021, through which they aim to strengthen the partnerships with academic bodies and universities in the field of cadres training and capacity building and motivate young people to share their ideas and compete to present the best solutions and proposals that serve the communities.
