The Minister of Culture, Dr. Ahmed Al-Fakak, confirmed that preparations are underway to hold the Spring Festival in Mosul on the thirtieth of this month, indicating that the task of its success lies with everyone.
Al-Fakak said in a press conference that “all the people of Mosul will participate in this festival along with the Iraqi Artists Syndicate,” noting that despite the lack of time, preparations are taking place as we planned for the launch of the festival on time after a 20-year hiatus.
Al-Fakak added, “The preparatory committee is now working on choosing an official logo for the festival, similar to the Gulf 25 logo in Basra.”
